Setting MS Exchange as Your Default Account
If you have multiple email accounts setup in Outlook we "HIGHLY" recommend that you set your new MS Exchange Account as the default account. Simply select your Exchange Account, click on Set as Default, then click the Close button.
Microsoft Exchange Server accounts are designed to work best when they are configured as the default delivery location for e-mail messages and calendar information. To provide the best experience, your Exchange Server account has been configured as the default data file for e-mail messages and calendar information.

Finally, launch Outlook and you should now be able to access your email. If you have any challenges please repeat the above steps, if you are still unable to access your Email please contact us for further assistance.
